Refunds:
We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned to HomerunMonkey within 14 days of delivery; after this all other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping.
Example: If a customer placed an order for $279.99 that includes free ground shipping and chooses to return the entire order after 14 days, the customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($27.99) and the base ground shipping charge of $11.99, resulting in a refund of $237.01. If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only a shipping charge of $11.99 would be deducted from the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.
