Customer Reviews

Don't purchase

The sole separated from the cleat after 1 day of use. got them for 30 bucks so i cannot complain too much but i had hoped they'd be more reliable than this

Shoes fell apart after wearing only 4 times.

The heel of the shoes came off with just a couple of weeks.

verdero vistoso II

They didn't last me more than 2 games! JUNK!

Used it once in a game it broke

I was excited to get this shoe. However I was disappointed how it split between the leather and the front toe cleat. Hoping to use my cleats for my other games.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!

First pair I bought for my son came apart at the toe within two weeks (both shoes). HRMonkey was very helpful in replacing this pair - aside from me having to pay return postage. Second pair lasted less than a week; this time the entire bottom - from the toe to the front of the heel - separated. HRMonkey said they would not repair or refund and referred me to the manufacturer (Seven Sports in NY). Don't bother trying to call Seven Sports, because all you get is an answering machine that you can't leave a message on. I finally contacted a customer service rep via email and all they could offer was a store credit. If these cleats are an example of the quality of Verdero products, I seriously doubt I would buy any product from them.

Cheap

Same problems as discussed below. Bottom of shoe separated from top after just a few practices. Had never heard of Verdero before I purchased these cleats and now I know why.

High performance while it lasts

These cleats are of high quality. However, the bottom of one of the cleats started to peel off entirely after two months of frequent use.

Repaired

Same person as the review below. I went to the hardware store and bought some "shoe goo" and applied it to the soles. After one hard practice the seem to be holding out just fine. So I managed to salvage these. I still would recommend not buying these. My last pair were Mizuno G6's, and there is a big difference in the two. Pro's: The Verdero's have better grip. Con's: they weigh almost twice what my G6's do, when I run I can feel where the spikes are in my foot (weaker outsole maybe?) and the feel low for a low top like my ankle is going to come out.

Dont waste your money!

Would give these a no star rating if I could. They felt amazing right out of the box. The traction is amazing even though they are quite heavy and feel clunky. Used them for a 15 minute warm up toss, then hit about 5 balls for fly ball practice. Then the front half of the right cleat separated from the sole. I am trying to repair them with shoe goo, but if I could I would have not gotten these and just forked up the extra $10 for a pair of Mizuno's or New Balance's. My friend bought these also and his seem ok after one practice. Even with his being ok 50/50 are some pretty bad numbers. Save your self the trouble and just buy something reliable.

Cheap made product

I was looking for my school colors and all of the other brands were special order. I purchased these and by the third game they are falling apart!

Good Buy

These are a good pair of cleats, especially for the price. Great look!

Low Quality

I bought 2 pair for one son that plays select baseball and the other on the varsity high school team. Both of them complained they were heavy on their feet and after the first games the soles started separating from the shoe. LOW QUALITY.

Nice Shoe

Easy break-in, fit was true to size, and fast delivery. Mid-season and still holding up well.

Outstanding

One of the best cleats I've owned. The fit is right on, they are light weight and breath really well. Traction is outstanding. Highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great cleat at a great price.
