To apply for a price adjustment, please follow these three easy steps:
1) Add the products that you would like to price match to your shopping cart
2) Enclose the competitor's product page address (URL) and the price in the comments box of your order (see example below)
3) Fill out the order form and submit your order!

Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)
Billing Discrepancies:
Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.

The HomerunMonkey.com™ Warehouse is located in Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.
Ground packages do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders may ship from multiple locations; you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
Air Orders:
All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
Pickups:
Orders leaving HomerunMonkey.com™ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes:
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Return Information For Aluminum / Composite Bats:
DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to HomerunMonkey.com™. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. If the bat is, or becomes, defective, the bat MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer. Defective bat returns CANNOT be accepted by HomerunMonkey.com™.

Make sure the sizing of your wood bat is correct before use. Once the wood bat has been used, it cannot be returned to HomerunMonkey.com™. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. There is NO WARRANTY on wood bats. Neither HomerunMonkey.com™, nor the manufacturer will accept returns for broken, cracked or otherwise defective wood bats.
Items not eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Unwrapped Bats - Do not unwrap an Aluminum or Composite bat until you are certain it is the correct size & weight
- Jocks and Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product and hygiene
- Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations
- Customized Products

- Blemished Items
- Mystery products
Return Information For Custom Items:
Custom items are made specifically for the individual. Because of that we are unable to change or cancel custom items once an order has been placed. No changes are allowed after custom item information is submitted and the order has been placed.
How To Return An Item:

Step 1: Please call 951 479 4555 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be REFUSED and RETURNED. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Custom Service department to obtain another number.

Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied.
At HomerunMonkey.com™ we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, HomerunMonkey.com™ will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions!
Refunds:
We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned to HomerunMonkey within 14 days of delivery; after this all other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping. Refunds are limited to the cost of merchandise only, we do not issue refunds for the price of shipping in any case.
Example: If a customer placed an order for $279.99 that includes free ground shipping and chooses to return the entire order after 14 days, the customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($27.99) and the base ground shipping charge of $11.99, resulting in a refund of $237.01. If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only a shipping charge of $11.99 would be deducted from the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.
Clearance / Closeout Items:
Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All products sold by HomerunMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.

Purchase Orders:
We accept purchase orders via fax or mail only. Your purchase order must be drawn on an official school or government purchase order form. All signatures are required. There is a $25.00 minimum for all purchase orders. All purchase orders are subject to a handling fee and extra shipping charges may apply based on the weight of your order.
Credit Card Fraud Prevention:
HomerunMonkey.com™ actively reports and prosecutes all actual and suspected fraud. We may require additional information from the card holder, including a telephone confirmation of the order, before your order is shipped. Our decision to require additional information is at our discretion. HomerunMonkey.com™ reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse or recall from the shipper any order suspected of fraud. HomerunMonkey.com™ captures specific information during the order process, including time, date, IP address and other information that can be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. Any HomerunMonkey.com™ order that is suspected to be fraudulent will be submitted with or without a subpoena to law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. HomerunMonkey.com™ will cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
Due to manufacturers restrictions a limited number of product may not be available for international shipping. A customer service representative may contact you in regards to certain manufacturers restrictions on product.

Shipping To Canada: UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada, including all other modes of transportation such as truck, rail, air and ocean freight. Enjoy the low UPS rates for customs clearance on all your imports by simply telling your carrier that UPS is your Customs Broker.
To save even more, ship your urgent imports by UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited services and routine entry preparation will be provided at no additional charge when UPS is designated as the Customs Broker.
