If your shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your the shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.
If your selected payment method is PayPal, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.
You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org.
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. Air orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific typically ship same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific on a Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders containing customized products will be held until the custom product has been made. Please allow 1 business day to process orders for E-Gift Certificates.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change without notice. Estimates that we provide are based on the delivery dates the manufacture provides to us. Complications such as logistics, production delays and product shortages may arise. These factors are outside of our control. Please check the product you are interested in for the most recent delivery estimate.
There is no additional fee for placing a pre-order.
Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. HomerunMonkey.com® may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference or request an intercept from the shipping carrier. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.
Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the baseball/softball equipment industry, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please be rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.
International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
E-Gift Certificates are not valid at our retail locations and are valid only for the site from which they were issued. E-Gift Certificates are generally processed within 1 Business Day and they can be emailed directly to you or the recipient. When you are ready to redeem an E-Gift Certificate simply enter the code in the space provided for E-Gift Certificates / Rebound Rewards. Your code will begin with the @ character. If your E-Gift Certificate doesn't cover the entire amount of your order, you will be asked to supply a Credit/Debit Card to cover the balance of the order.

HomerunMonkey® Rebound Rewards is not legal tender. No cash back. Rebound Rewards cannot be used against the price of Shipping. Offer can be redeemed with any other offer, but cannot be redeemed for cash. In order to maximize the value of Rebound Rewards, please redeem the entire value of your Certificate Code in one transaction. Rebound Rewards may not be redeemed in more than one transaction, once the code is redeemed it cannot be used again even if the full value was not used in the first transaction. HomerunMonkey® Rebound Rewards will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts. Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not HomerunMonkey.com®. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or otherwise. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.
Address Changes: Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; we are unable to change the address of your order once it passes through our verification stage.
Due to limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes via UPS. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority.
The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.
To help maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from HomerunMonkey.com® may be returned within 90 days for a partial refund (purchase price minus 10% restocking fee). Products returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items purchased from HomerunMonkey.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our retail locations. Items purchased from a MonkeySports SuperStore may only be returned or exchanged at a MonkeySports SuperStore. The return policy for our MonkeySports SuperStores differs from our website, please contact the nearest MonkeySports SuperStore for additional details.
Limited Return Policy: Items that are purchased under our Limited Return Policy may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Other restrictions may apply.
Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:
- Unwrapped Bats - DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper has been removed, the bat cannot be returned to HomerunMonkey.com™.
- Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product
- Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons
- Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations
- Customized Products - This includes jerseys with personalization
- Blemished Products

HomerunMonkey.com® does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. HomerunMonkey.com® will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature. Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to HomerunMonkey.com® with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database (HomerunMonkey.com® maintains serial number tracking).
Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses a or shoe box as the outer box even if the items inside are different than what is depicted on the box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to HomerunMonkey.com®.

Customers may use the carrier of their choice to return merchandise but we strongly advise customers to use a traceable shipping method for their own protection.
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee. Store Credit issued for purchases previously made on HomerunMonkey.com, are only valid on HomerunMonkey.com. We are unable to issue Store Credits for use on any of our other websites or MonkeySports SuperStores.
If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund credit cannot be applied to a new purchase.
Please note that our standard Return Policy applies, only items eligible for a return may be returned for store credit. It may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected and processed.
Should your package be deemed Lost in Transit, please contact us immediately. We do not issue refunds for Lost Items. An item that was deemed to be Lost will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the lost item.
Please allow 1 to 8 days for the processing of claims for lost U.P.S shipments and up to 40 days for lost U.S.P.S shipments.
DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to HomerunMonkey.com™. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. If the bat is, or becomes, defective, the bat MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer. Defective bat returns CANNOT be accepted by HomerunMonkey.com™.
